How to optimize SEO with Only Wire bookmarking
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is one of the essentials,
when it comes to being known on the Internet, would you agree?
The spiders of Google, Yahoo, MSN are more likely to pick up
and then list a site if it appears more often on the Internet.
Bookmarking is one of the ways to have your site show up more often.
Twitter and Facebook seem to be known by almost anyone now who is on the net.
Have you shared your contents or something else you found on the net on Twitter or Facebook?
To do this you have to log into both sites first.
Now there is a way to log into multiple sites with one system and share it with one click.
The system I am talking about is called Only Wire which combines
40 bookmarking sites and once you signed up it takes only one click
to submit content to multiple sites.
The picture below shows all the sites.

You can add a button to your site and other people can submit your content with one click.
What’s the catch?
Well, it is free, but the only thing it requires is your time to sign up with all the sites.
I suggest to use a separate email to do this since you will get emails from each one.
Follow these Steps
- sign up for all the sites and
- install the button and
- install the Only Wire Submitter
and you are ready to go.
It would be nice if each time you submit an article with Only wire
if it would submit it to 40 bookmarking sites.
The reality is that it submits it to approximately half of the sites.
You can go into the Only Wire back office and re-submit the once that failed,
personally I didn’t think it was worth the time.
Another tip the Newsvine bookmarking site
does not like automated content submission and will stop your account.
So I would not sign up for that with Only Wire.
Only Wire is a great system to use if you are part of a ‘tribe’ like TSA,
where people share(syndicate) each other’s content.
This means you share their content and they share yours and therefore
the search engines pick up your site and your page ranking goes up.
I love seeing my site on No 1 on Google, one day it was up there out of 40 Million searches.

Onlywire is a great tool. I also use ping.fm too.
Only wire is my favorite tool. I also use teh wordpress plugin so it automatically post any new blog post I create for me.

I agree Onlywire is great, and super easy.
While I like Onlywire. They appear to have problems with a lot of the sites that they post to so I use a combination of Ping.fm and onlywire. I have about 17 sites hooked to Onlywire, and about 19 to Ping.fm.

I have ping.fm set to submit to 19 services; however, you can set it up for a few more. Ping will not submit to any sites that require Captcha, so it will not submit to Digg, Reddit, or Mixx. There is a lot of overlap of the sites that ping.fm and onlywire submit to. When taking out the captcha sites and comparing onlywire to ping I get a higher acceptance rate with ping.fm.
