The Tetris Effect and Happiness

Accepting and welcoming all of ourselves

  We have at times different aspects of personality within ourselves. According to Transactional Analysis(TA) we have an adult, child and critical/loving parent. Finding the book “Heal your Body” by Louise Hay about 20 years ago has been a real blessing. A few years later I was told about “Your body is the Barometer of your Soul” by Annette Noontil. Both authors connect our thinking to what is going on in our body. Since our feelings let us know what we have been thinking, we can use all those tools to help ourselves to feel better, emotionally and physically. Living in Cruise mode

Have you ever been driving and then after a few miles realised that you were actually not ‘consciously driving’ but just cruising, feeling in the zone? When I went to visit my friend on a sunny day, driving through New Zealand’s beautiful scenery of multitudes of green bushes, trees and grass and ocean views I had this feeling. Creating consciously

We consciously create, when we choose a thought and focus on that thought long enough so it creates a feeling, which when felt long enough equals a vibration. The Law of Attraction responds to our vibration and then manifests it. Forgiveness and Feelings

There are many teachings on forgiveness and possibly many layers. Forgiveness was one of the teachings of Jesus. He recommended to forgive 7 x 70. 26 years ago I wrote “I forgive … completely” 490 times and in regards to my mother I wrote it more than a thousand times. The Movie “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne spread like wild Fire. In this movie many authors from different fields talk about they understand and have used/and use the secret and the Law of Attraction.
